Nutrient balance of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, sugars, salts, vitamins, minerals and microelements. Green - good balance, yellow - slightly too much or too little of some nutrients, red - too many or few of some nutrients.
Environmental impact
Food producing impact on environment. Calculation is based on carbon footprint, eutrophication and pesticide use. Green - small, yellow - medium, red - great environmental impact. Meat products have great impact.
Toxic exposure
Shows whether the food item(s) contain certain contaminants. 17 different contaminants or their groups were taken into account. Green - low, yellow - medium, red - high toxic exposure.
