Foodplate

The main goal of the web application "Foodplate" is to help people to evaluate their food (i.e. lunch) choices - energy content, nutritional quality, environmental impacts and possible contaminant exposure. The aim is to compile an ideal lunch plate: which has the right energy content and nutritional balance, low environmental impacts and human exposure to contaminants.
